of Services for Attorneys and Law Firms
Galway
Medical Funding Corporation will assume the financial
responsibility, on behalf of the client, and make payment
directly to those providing medical care and treatment
for clients referred to Galway by their legal counsel.
We fund the complete medical care of injured clients
involved in Personal Injury cases and Class Action Litigation.
These clients have sustained injury, but lack the necessary
insurance, or other financial resources, necessary to
obtain the medical care they need to establish their
case and to get well.
Upon acceptance of a case, and receipt of executed Requisition/Service
Order and Personal Injury Lien documents, Galway schedules
the client for the initial medical evaluation, diagnostic
test or other required procedure. The need may be as
simple as a single diagnostic test or a complex case
involving medical evaluation, testing, surgery, pain
management and rehabilitation.
As medical services are rendered to the client the providers
bill Galway and Galway makes payment directly to the
providers. Galway then invoices the client in care of
their attorney. Related documentation and reports are
provided with the invoices. The attorney is always consulted
prior to the scheduling of treatment or services.
Financial settlement and reimbursement to Galway is made
at the conclusion of the case according to the terms
of the Personal Injury Lien, less any prior payments
from Med Pay insurance or other sources.

by Galway. Galway also offers access to medical providers
and care not available on a walk-in basis.

medical services that were previously unavailable due
to financial constraints.
• All required medical services are coordinated,
scheduled, paid for and invoiced to the attorney by
Galway.
• Legal office staff is relieved of the difficult,
time consuming and frustrating task of locating medical
service providers willing to accept patients on a delayed
payment basis or “Medical Service Liens.”
• Medical services are available throughout
the 50 United States.
