us by legal professionals that have sustained injuries
and require medical care to make them well again, and
to establish the medical basis for a Personal Injury
case. The clients lack the insurance coverage necessary
to obtain the medical care they need.
Galway Medical Funding Corporation is prepared to fund
the cost of their treatment. Galway will assume the financial
responsibility, on behalf of the client, for the regimen
of medical care prescribed by the physician. That care
may be as simple as an evaluation and diagnostic testing
or more complex cases requiring surgery, pain management
and rehabilitation.
Upon receipt of a request from the physician, authorization
for required testing and treatment is provided directly
by Galway. Payment of medical bills is made directly
to the provider by Galway. Payment for the various procedures
is made, as the treatment occurs, according to previously
agreed upon billing terms.
