of Services for Patients
Galway
Medical Funding Corporation will assume the financial
responsibility, on behalf of their clients, for the medical
care and treatment of those referred to us by legal professionals.
Generally, cases accepted are for those without Health
Insurance, or who have exceeded their policy limits and
require Medical Care to establish a Personal Injury case
and to get well again.
Upon acceptance of a case, and after consultation with
the case attorney, Galway will schedule a timely and
convenient appointment with a healthcare provider appropriate
to the client’s injury or complaint. We are prepared
to fund a full regimen of medical care prescribed by
the physician. This care may be as simple as a diagnostic
test or a complex case involving medical evaluation,
testing, surgery, pain management and rehabilitation.
Authorization for payment for treatment is obtained directly
from Galway, after consultation with the client’s attorney.
As the client receives medical services, the provider
bills Galway and Galway pays the bills according to previously
agreed upon billing terms. Galway then invoices the client,
in care of the attorney. Settlement of the total amount
due Galway is made at the conclusion of the case, according
to the terms of the Personal Injury Lien in existence.

and paid for by Galway Medical Funding Corporation.
• Medical services are available from providers
in the immediate vicinity of the client’s home
and may be of the client’s choosing or those
suggested by Galway.
• Galway services are available throughout the
50 United States.
